Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Post / Pre-Op RN for a 13 week travel assignment in Chicago, IL. Required Qualifications :

• One year of recent experience as a Pre / Post-Op RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA / ARC) Certification

Summary :

The Post / Pre-Op Registered Nurse provides specialized care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery. This role involves assessing patient health before and after surgery, implementing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The Post / Pre-Op RN ensures patient safety and comfort prior to and during the surgical recovery period, using advanced clinical skills, effective communication, and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
