About The Role

The Lead Tax Analyst will be essential in enhancing and expanding Chainlink Labs' global tax framework, driving compliance, efficiency, and alignment with our international expansion. This is a hands-on, proactive opportunity for a professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and takes comprehensive ownership of tax deliverables.

This role directly contributes to developing a scalable, compliant, and innovative tax infrastructure for our rapidly growing global technology firm.

The successful candidate will support the Corporate Tax team in managing and optimizing compliance at the U.S. federal, state, and international levels while also contributing to strategic initiatives. The Lead Tax Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal teams to ensure precise tax reporting, effective cash management, and robust governance.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Managing global tax compliance cycles and ensuring timely filings across all jurisdictions.
• Assisting in preparing tax provisions, reconciliations, and documentation to maintain audit readiness.
• Supporting the implementation of global tax planning initiatives.
• Streamlining tax processes, including automation and cost-reduction efforts in compliance.
• Assisting with all Transfer Pricing-related activities.
• Collaborating closely with local tax advisors.
• Addressing all tax-related ad-hoc requests as necessary.
