Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Associate will assist in performing multiple accounting functions for Thornburg Investment Management and may include the following :

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process invoices for disbursement in workflow management system.
• Invoice coding and reviewing.
• Corresponding with vendors / employees and respond to inquiries.
• Audit employee expense reimbursement reports, ensure compliance with company’s T&E policy and upload to general ledger.
• Review employee expense reimbursement reports for accuracy.
• Spreadsheet maintenance.
• Assist in month-end / year-end close and audit.
