What You'll Do : Greet and assist visitors, staff, and / or patients in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk of the healthcare location. Monitor access to the building by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs. Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client site. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed. Communicate with healthcare facility staff and / or emergency personnel if an incident or emergency response is required. Maintain awareness of surroundings to help deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity at the front entry point. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns from visitors, staff, and / or patients. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
