Tax Manager - Hybrid near Indianapolis, IN - $110K-$120K + Bonus

Looking for a tax role that offers challenge, growth, and balance? This hybrid opportunity is with a highly respected firm that values its people as much as its clients. They're seeking a motivated Tax Senior who wants to take the next step-someone ready to manage complex returns, collaborate with leadership, and continue developing their career in a supportive, flexible environment.

What you'll do :

  • Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
  • Research tax issues and assist with planning strategies
  • Partner directly with clients and senior leadership
  • Support junior staff and help with workflow efficiency

    • Ideal background :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA or CPA-track preferred
  • 5-6 years of progressive tax experience (public or corporate)
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills
