Machine Technician

Job Description :

• Set up, launch, and safely shut down injection molding machines following established procedures
• Perform mold changes, make tooling adjustments, and complete full machine setups to support production demands
• Diagnose and resolve molding issues including flash, short shots, burns, and dimensional variations
• Fine‑tune process parameters on the fly to maintain consistent quality, efficiency, and throughput
• Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, to confirm part accuracy and adherence to specifications
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to troubleshoot defects and drive process improvements
• Record machine settings, adjustments, and production notes with clear and accurate documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing scrap, improving cycle times, and boosting overall performance
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr.
