[job_card.job_description]Conduct 12-16 patient visits daily (mix of evaluations and follow-ups; flexible based on complexity) Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status, symptom history, and diagnosis using evidence-based treatment plans Prescribe / administer medications, therapy, and innovative treatments (e.g., TMS, ketamine therapy training available) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (therapists, APPs, support staff) for whole-person care Document clinical encounters via Electronic Health Records (EHR) with coding support Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments proactively using data-driven analytics tools Board-certified / board-eligible Psychiatrist (required) Unrestricted California medical license + active DEA 19 2+ years outpatient experience (clinic or private practice preferred) Openness to treating all ages, including children / adolescents 25 Comfort with collaborative care models and interventional psychiatry (training provided)
Compensation and Benefits
- $250,000-$300,000+ annually with uncapped production-based bonuses
- Malpractice insurance fully covered by the organization (includes tail coverage)
- 100% outpatient practice with flexible hours (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM standard; adaptable to your schedule)
