• Weekday Shift : Mon - Fri 2pm-10pm (Full Time and Part Time positions)
• Weekday Shifts : Mon- Fri 6am-10am (4 Part Time openings)
• Weekend Shift : Sat & Sun 6am-2pm (5 openings)
• Weekend Shift : Sat & Sun 2pm-10pm (5 openings)

Our mission is to help our residents live Happy, Healthy, Enhanced and Fulfilling Lives. We are looking to add members to our (DSP) Direct Support Professionals Team, who will bemotivated and enthusiastic about providing support services that create both a sense of HOME, in our residentially-based settings and Community Membership, through interfacing with local venues and neighborhood activities. You will have opportunities to engage with our residents in 1-on-1Relationship BuildingInteractions, as well as, Organize and Support Small Group Activities, which encourage and develop essential Socialization Life Skills. As we provide services that are designed to meet the needs of the Whole Person, support activities will include, but are not limited to, assistance with Adaptive Living Skills, Social Skill Development, Mental and Physical Health and Well-being, Supportive Medication Self-Administration, Personal Care, Vocational / Volunteer Training, Supported Routines and Healthy Behavioral Development.

We are looking for a Candidate who demonstrates Leadership, Confidence, Initiative, Team Dynamics, Creativity and most importantly a Fun Spirit!

All new employees, regardless of experience, will participate in an Orientation Process, which will be a 40 hour introduction to our Agency, Team Members and Residents. This Orientation will include guidance on the Agency's Legacy Philosophy, Policies and Protocols, and Training on individual learning objectives as specified by the Individual Program Plan (IPP). Once the Orientation is completed all new employees will be placed on an "Onboarding Schedule" which may include varying shifts and days, until a more permanent fit is established. Direct Support Professionalswill be under the immediate supervision of the Residential Administrator of the homewhere they are assigned .
