Your responsibilities
Based remotely within the region, you will be responsible for :
- Reaching and exceeding annual territory sales targets.
- Building value for representative partners and customers through effective sales visits, training, and strategic development.
- Developing new routes to market, including changes to rep networks, OEM accounts, and house accounts.
- Promoting Pulsar Measurement’s full product portfolio through in-person and virtual sales activities.
- Partnering with global marketing to create collateral and optimize ROI from campaigns in your region.
- Maintaining an active LinkedIn profile aligned with brand and marketing guidelines to increase market visibility.
- Actively managing your sales funnel in the CRM, collaborating with inside sales to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Understanding and communicating market drivers influencing customer purchasing decisions.
- Monitoring competitors and reporting on emerging trends to inform Research & Development priorities.
- Providing regular regional updates at sales meetings.
- Representing Pulsar Measurement at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Conducting joint sales calls, product demos, and technical presentations with reps and customers.
- Supporting and training representative partners to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
Your background
Proven experience (4+ years) as a Regional Sales Manager or Technical Sales Engineer in a related industry.Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Extensive B2B sales experience with year-over-year growth through direct sales, representative partners, distributors, and OEM channels.Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills across technical and executive decision-makers.Skilled at delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations.Experience managing budgets and maximizing time with both in-person and virtual customer interactions.Self-driven and tenacious, with the ability to generate new leads while nurturing existing relationships.Familiar with sales training concepts and the importance of maintaining a healthy sales funnel (lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction).Ability to analyze sales data, build accurate forecasts, and develop actionable growth strategies.Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.Travel
Travel is estimated to be 50% of the working week when conditions allow. Travel includes but is not limited to the Americas countries and the UK.What's on offer?
