Our team is committed to creating a supportive environment for both patients and staff, emphasizing wellness, integrity, and community.Position Summary : We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team for 3236 hours per week. The ideal candidate is a dependable and compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused setting. You will be an integral part of our clinical team, supporting providers in delivering excellent care to our patients.Key Responsibilities : Perform phlebotomy and confidently start IVs as needed for treatments and procedures.Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and medical histories.Support providers with in-office procedures and examinations.Administer medications and injections under provider direction.Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).Prepare and stock exam rooms; manage supply inventory.Provide patient education and follow-up instructions.Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and HIPAA regulations.Qualifications : Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required.Current BLS / CPR certification.Demonstrated experience in phlebotomy and IV starts is required.Prior experience in outpatient or mental health settings is a plus.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.Schedule : 32 to 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday (specific schedule to be determined).No nights or weekends required.What We Offer : Competitive pay based on experience.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities to grow within a clinic that values innovation and patient care.Paid time off and holiday benefits.Employee discounts on wellness services.
