A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from existing customers

Process service requests such as adding / removing vehicles and drivers

Assist customers with questions regarding their existing insurance policies

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a call center environment

Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities

Passion for helping others

Must obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting

Willingness to work Monday to Friday from 3 : 30pm to 12am EST
