Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
5+ years of corporate recruiting experience required, preferably in healthcare or technical recruiting
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
