Do you have experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist? We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in the Cranberry Township area. This role is responsible for managing the full AP cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities of the AP Specialist :

• Process and review invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders for accuracy and - compliance.
• Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices (three-way matching).
• Prepare and execute vendor payments via ACH, check, or wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate AP records for audits and reporting purposes.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and account reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support financial operations and workflow improvements.
