We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an opportunity to contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, aligning workforce strategies with organizational priorities and regulatory standards.
- Analyze staffing needs, labor market trends, and workforce risks to develop proactive recruitment plans.
- Create and implement targeted recruitment strategies for clinical, allied health, leadership, and specialized roles.
- Provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies, role design, and compensation to ensure market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HR, Engagement, and Operations teams to promote equitable and inclusive recruitment practices.
- Utilize workforce analytics and dashboards to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies, academic institutions, and community organizations.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, labor laws, and credentialing standards during recruitment activities.
- Enhance employer branding and retention efforts through outreach initiatives and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least three years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and Indeed.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in talent branding and corporate recruiting within healthcare or related industries.
