[job_card.job_description]Lead and execute projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and core networking Plan and deliver endpoint and data migrations (including SharePoint / OneDrive) with clean cutovers Implement and tune Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP Configure firewalls and site-to-site VPNs; ensure backup / BCDR readiness and periodic test restores Document designs / runbooks and brief clients and teammates on changes and outcomes Handle a focused queue of higher-value technical tasks; light after-hours rotation as needed 5+ years hands-on in Microsoft-centric environments within a multi-client / MSP model Comfortable owning build / migrate / optimize work across servers, M365, and Azure Strong with Intune, Conditional Access, AD / GPO, DNS / DHCP, and Microsoft 365 migrations Solid grasp of firewalls, VPNs, and secure network fundamentals Clear communicator who can translate design choices into business value Experience with AEC client environments PowerShell / automation interest Backup / BCDR platform proficiency Hybrid flexibility (yes, sweatpants a couple days a week) Idea-friendly team; regular lunches and knowledge shares Modern stack and standardsno heavy legacy anchors Growth opportunities as the team scales Location : Los Angeles, CA + local client visits (about 3 days / week on-site after ramp) Compensation : Up to $120,000 base (DOE)
