Pay : $60K-$75K+ DOE

12% Differential offered on Swing shift

Available shifts :  Day 6a-2 : 30p

Swing 2 : 15p-10 : 45p

Key Responsibilities :

Set up, program, and operate CNC Lathes and Mills to produce precision aerospace components.

Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and GD&T requirements.

Perform precise inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges; make necessary tool offsets and adjustments.

Identify and correct machining or tooling issues to maintain efficiency and part quality.

Optimize feeds, speeds, and tooling for the best performance and finish.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in aerospace machining or precision manufacturing.

Strong understanding of materials, tooling, and machining processes.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining and tooling challenges.

Strong math aptitude and computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
