Compensation

• Salary range: $100,000 – $130,000, plus bonus

Position Overview
The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with leadership and plays a critical part in driving process improvements and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations by developing action plans, resolving issues, completing audits, identifying trends, and implementing system and process improvements
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year-end close, including preparation and reporting of financial statements
• Support quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
• Supervise and guide AP, AR, and general accounting functions
• Monitor revenue and expenses to confirm overall financial health and coordinate collection efforts
• Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports by setting annual performance goals, monitoring progress, and supporting professional growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is a plus
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
