Principal Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Relationship Manager (Operating Room Support).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary advocate for OR clinical staff and maintain strong relationships with end users and vendors

Act as the single point of contact for OR escalations, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to quality standards

Supervise Senior Relationship Managers, providing coaching and performance feedback to ensure high-quality engagement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required with equivalent experience

5 years of relevant work experience

Experience in managing relationships between clinical teams and IT

Technical awareness related to operating room support

Proven leadership skills in overseeing teams and projects
