Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of customer acquisition strategies aligned with growth objectives

Oversee media buying and planning activities, optimizing campaigns across various channels

Utilize data and insights for decision-making and collaborate cross-functionally to align acquisition strategies with business goals

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in media buying and planning

Proven expertise in digital advertising and familiarity with linear television

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools and multi-touch attribution

In-depth knowledge of D2C and subscription business models

Experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO
