This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment with flexibility and autonomy to build your own surgical volume.

Position Highlights

• Employment: 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 Employed with Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal

• Scope: Mix of Colon & Rectal Surgery and General Surgery

• Procedures: Advanced robotic (da Vinci) and laparoscopic surgery required

• Clinic Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, with flexibility in clinic and OR scheduling

• Call: 1 in 3 (negotiable) group and ER call responsibilities

• Environment: Well-established practice with autonomy to grow your patient base
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Income guarantee: $350,000 in the first year + productivity bonus based on collections

• Year 2 onward: Productivity-based compensation model
