User Experience Researcher

A company is looking for a Researcher to drive customer-centric research initiatives and support product development.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct in-depth user research activities, including usability testing and interviews

Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps for product development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research findings into the product development process

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of mixed methods research experience

Proficient in a variety of research methods, including qualitative and quantitative techniques

Ability to independently identify research opportunities and drive projects

Experience in coaching and mentoring junior researchers

Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in UX research
