A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting and re-forecasting processes, providing variance explanations and corrective actions

Partner with leadership for headcount planning and monitor workforce costs for efficiency

Develop financial models and dashboards to track KPIs and support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

2-4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, preferably in healthcare

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

Understanding of cash flow and its relationship to profitability

Extensive knowledge of Excel and experience with Enterprise Financial Planning systems

Ability to adapt to ambiguity and change in a startup environment
