A company is looking for a Peoplesoft Administrator to support their HRIS implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the HR Data Center and serve as the primary point of contact for PSHR questions
Troubleshoot HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other system issues, escalating to IST as needed
Assist with PS testing, manage organizational hierarchy, and handle public records requests
Required Qualifications
Experience with PSHR or another Oracle HCM product
Proficiency in SQL
Management experience is preferred
Experience in higher education is preferred
Mid-Senior level experience in Information Technology
