Analyst - Inventory (On site)

You will prepare and analyze data for various projects and initiatives, including interpreting and summarizing findings. / ppstrongResponsibilities : / strong / pulliExecutes accurate, scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly reports. / liliReconciles report data to ensure data integrity. / liliAudits processing errors or bad data points before releasing reports. / liliMaintains report contact database, controls user access to shared network drives and other common resources, and executes regular backups. / liliMaintains production reports, makes approved changes to report data by modifying Teradata SQL, formatting Excel macros, and Access databases. / liliExecutes on demand processes and reports, adjusts input parameters, data, and formatting prior to execution, and validates report data prior to publishing results. / liliAssists in ad-hoc report development and execution, including modifying existing or developing new SQL, running reports, and formatting data using advanced Excel capabilities. / li / ulpstrongQualifications : / strong / pulliBachelors Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a similar quantitative discipline / lili1 year required of related experience, preferably in distribution industry / liliAbility to follow established processes and schedule to deliver timely and consistent report execution / liliAbility to work independently, check your results, troubleshoot problems and exercise judgment / liliExpert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including creating and editing macros and utilizing other advanced functionality / liliKnowledge of Microsoft Access, including creating basic queries, code and reports / liliUnderstanding of relational databases, including creating SQL statements / liliKnowledge of other applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook / liliExcellent analytical and problem solving skills, proven ability to apply these in business environment / liliStrong verbal and written communication skills / liliKnowledge of distribution industry, supply chain, purchasing, and inventory concepts, practices, and procedures / li / ulp$25.51 - $31.89 Per Hour / ppThis amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
