Required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field 14 years of professional experience in hotel operations (front office, revenue, or rooms) Proficiency with Microsoft Officeespecially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, aggregation / analysis) Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, RMS, and CRS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred : Experience with Opera or other major Hotel PMS Exposure to CRM tools Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit A hybrid work schedule with flexibility and balance Opportunities to travel and partner with top-tier hospitality clients A culture that values growth, innovation, and your unique contributions The chance to directly impact client success and the future of hotel revenue strategy
Hotel Account Revenue Analyst
Location : Las Vegas (Hybrid : 23 days / week in-office) Travel : Up to 25% Note : Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What You'll Do :
- Be the trusted advisor. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients in your region, from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
- Turn numbers into narratives. Analyze customer data, performance, and platform usage to uncover opportunities, present findings, and develop impactful solutions.
- Drive results. Work hands-on in property systems to implement strategic changes that enhance revenue and performance.
- Influence with insight. Collaborate with management companies to align strategies from the top downbringing clarity and action to every touchpoint.
- Own the journey. Manage day-to-day client needs while staying focused on long-term success and engagement.
