Extensive benefits package : health / medical, life / dental, vision, etc. Retirement including 403(b),457(b),401 Leadership development for all MD / DOs and APPs Open 363 days a year Scheduled hours : 35 hours per week Clinic Hours : Monday – Friday 8 : 00 a.m. – 8 : 00 p.m., Saturday – Sunday 8 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m. Holiday Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m. 7 shifts per pay period, 12-hour weekday shifts & 10-hour weekend shifts No Call Expectation Average Outpatient Volume : 30 – 35 patients per shift, depending on season On-site Equipment : EKG POCT Diagnostic Imaging On-Site Lab On-Site Common Diagnoses : Abdominal pain Flu Musculoskeletal pain / injury Shortness of breath Upper repository infection Urinary tract infection BC / BE Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine MD / DO ACLS / BLS IN Medical License or in progress Crown Point in Lake County, Indiana is a desirable community in which to live and work.
