Job Details

We’re looking for a corporate associate with a passion for working with startups, high-growth companies, and investors to join our emerging companies and venture capital team. This is a great role for someone who thrives on fast-paced deal work and collaborative client relationships.

What you’ll do:

Represent startups, founders, and venture capital funds in a wide range of corporate and financing transactions.

Handle venture financings from seed stage through late rounds, including drafting and negotiating SAFEs, convertible notes, and preferred stock financing documents.

Advise on corporate governance, equity matters, commercial contracts, and other day-to-day legal issues affecting early-stage companies.

Manage deal execution across multiple transactions, coordinating internal teams and client-side stakeholders.

Support the growth and training of junior attorneys on the team.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience handling corporate transactions, with a strong emphasis on venture financings or startup work.

Ability to manage deals with minimal supervision while mentoring more junior team members.

Strong communication and client management skills, with an entrepreneurial and solutions-driven mindset.

Experience working at a law firm with a recognized ECVC or tech company practice is a plus.
