Job Summary : The Shop Attendant supports improvement in the Field Service department processes, including Procedures, Tech Manual review, and Customer Support worldwide, and supports the growth of Defense Maritime Solutions Naval Services. Accountabilities :

• Provides mechanical and supervisory services to assemble, install, repair, overhaul, and maintain customer and DMS property and tools in accordance with established procedures.
• Performs and supervises assembly, installation, repair, and maintenance of company products in the shop.
• Assist with the direction of repairs and installation of company products in the shop.
• Accomplish minor repairs, inspect work completed, and assure performance in accordance with work standards.
• Utilizes technical information, repair specifications, and procedures to accomplish requirements.
• Prepare and submit complete service reports and QA documentation on each project. Document actions taken or needed and make recommendations to customers and internal management regarding improvement opportunities.
• Manage and Maintain Tooling for field service and Diving equipment activities with logs on performed maintenance.
• Maintain the shop so that work can be performed safely and effectively.
• Project a positive image of the company and products.
• Maintains personal skill levels and continually develops new skills to maintain proficiency with new and evolving products.
• Manage Customer / Government property.
• Move material as needed to support business between facilities.
• Assist with building maintenance as needed.
