Job Summary

Organizes and conducts a medically prescribed program to restore function, prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part and help the patient reach his / her maximum performance. This includes but is not limited to : evaluation and treatment of patients, patient and family education, participation in clinical education programs, implementing programs and other professional duties.
