Engineering Team Lead

A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Set the technical direction for data systems and AI to support product strategy

Own the design and evolution of Snowflake schemas, ETL pipelines, and data governance

Develop and deploy ML pipelines with a focus on reproducibility and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

7+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or ML engineering

Strong experience with Snowflake, Python, SQL, and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)

Experience designing scalable schemas and optimizing ETL / ELT pipelines

Experience deploying and supporting production ML models (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Familiarity with MLOps practices and integrating ML outputs into SaaS products
