Salary: $15 - $16 per hour

DAY SUPPORT/ $15/Hour: 8am - 4pm; 7am - 7pm; / Mon-Fri & Every other weekend / Flexible schedules also available

RESIDENTIAL: $16.00/Hour: 7am -4pm; 7am - 7pm; 7pm - 7am; 3pm -8pm/Mon-Fri & Every other weekend Flexible schedules also available

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: $15 /Hour - 8 am - 4 pm / Mon - Fri & Every other weekend / Flexible schedules also available

Typical Day:

• Responsible for assisting with the physical care, guidance, and supervision of Intellectually Disabled individuals in the Day support, Residential setting, and Community.
• Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; insures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; complete data collection in accord with person centered plan; responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. Other duties as required. If you are a caregiver, this is the position for you.
• Our Community Engagement program gives individuals the opportunity to participate in community activities like training, volunteering, and other activities to build their independence and social skills

Knowledge & Skills:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED

Experience:

• 2 Years of documented experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, Alzheimers, Dementia, Special Ed, etc.
  

Other Requirements:

• ACTIVE AND UP TO DATE DRIVER'S LICENSE
• Successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigation
