The Front Desk for Equitable Title is responsible for maintaining a friendly energetic disposition at all times while greeting clients, setting them up in the conference room for closing appointments, Maintaining the office calendar, data entry of files and scanning and filing of documents. The Front Desk position is responsible for orders as they arrive and other various escrow tasks as assigned.

The Front Desk also works independently without direct supervision and be willing to obtain or currently possess a Colorado Notary commission.

Also, we are strongly looking for a candidate that is bilingual English/Spanish, is skilled in the Microsoft Office products and knowledge of Qualia is a plus!

If you are someone who has exceptional customer service skills and can act as the ambassador of the Company brand, this position is for you!

This position is an in office position working Monday through Friday at $20.00/hour.
