Certified Risk Adjustment Coding Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Risk Adjustment Coding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Risk Adjustment Coding Team and improve workflows for auditing electronic medical records

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate coding practices and optimize risk adjustment processes

Establish KPIs for Risk Coding functions and implement action plans for performance improvement

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Coding Certification from AAPC or AHIMA is required

Minimum of four years of progressive coding and / or coding leadership experience in Risk Adjustment Coding

Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and risk adjustment methodologies

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably EPIC
