Key Responsibilities
Review and prepare customer pay repair orders for compliance with manufacturer and state requirements
Submit warranty labor rate and parts rate increase requests, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
Maintain organized records and communicate updates to dealership management while staying current with manufacturer policies
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an automotive dealership service department, preferably in warranty administration or service management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document preparation tools
Understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and ability to follow detailed guidelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
