Warranty Processing Specialist

A company is looking for a Warranty Processing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Review and prepare customer pay repair orders for compliance with manufacturer requirements

Calculate labor rates and parts markups, and submit accurate filing packages to manufacturers

Maintain organized records and communicate filing updates to dealership management

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in an automotive dealership service department

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document preparation tools

Understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and guidelines

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
