We are looking for a Community Maintenance Technician. Our ideal candidate has experience or the desire to learn landscaping, snow removal, minor interior home repairs, and general grounds maintenance. Compensation : $23+ hourly

Responsibilities :

Landscaping

Lawn mowing / lawn care

Snow removal

General cleanup of grounds

Home rental turnarounds

Light plumbing

Light painting and carpentry

Problem-solving

Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager

Physical demands include working in cold weather, bending, pushing / pulling, and lifting / carrying more than 50 lbs.

Qualifications :

• Legally permitted to work in the United States
• Strong work ethic
• 1-year property maintenance experience or Willingness To Learn
• Valid driver's license with no major violations
• Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools, lawn care, and landscaping equipment
• Plus - experience snow plowing and related snow removal equipment
• Ability to work independently under the direction of the community manager
• Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal
