• We are seeking a Portfolio Operations Associate to join our Santa Monica office. In this role, you will be charged primarily with supporting all aspects of the firm’s portfolio and fund management operational needs, ranging from deal execution to portfolio data collection to investor reporting. We are a team committed to advancing an elite venture capital organization—and this position is a central part of our team.

What you’ll do :

This includes maintaining a shadow book to verify and approve the administrators’ calculations, applying the investment valuation that was determined, and working with the funds’ auditors to finalize the annual audited financials.
