Position Summary :

We’re looking for a proactive and service-minded LVN / RN to support clinical care and med spa services. The right candidate will be confident in EMR systems, have strong phlebotomy skills (IV experience preferred), and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist providers with pediatric, allergy, and wellness spa procedures
• Greet and prepare patients for exams and treatments
• Manage patient flow and scheduling
• Input medical history, prescriptions, and documentation into EMR
• Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
• Support the front desk with new patient intakes and follow-up calls
• Maintain exam room cleanliness and supply levels
• Educate patients on procedures and post-care
• Participate in ongoing training and follow clinic protocols
• Be available for weekend shifts (pre-scheduled and variable)
