Dental Care Alliance is seeking an exceptional Dental Director to drive clinical excellence and operational success across our practices in TX AZ AR TN and CO . What Youll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to doctor teams across five states
- Drive practice performance through coaching development and accountability
- Lead onboarding training and career development initiatives
- Partner with operational leaders to strengthen clinical and financial outcomes
- Review KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance standards while fostering a culture of growth and excellence
