What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Engineer at NCC, you will :

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks for CAD drawings and 3D modeling.
• Maintain and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with plant teams and management to implement continuous improvement initiatives .
• Support equipment procurement, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Apply Lean principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements across all projects.
• Travel expectation : You will be expected to travel up to 25% as part of your role.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Strong knowledge of mechanics, metal forming, and finishing processes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
