A long-standing Mid-Atlantic general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and multifamily projects is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to join their Richmond team.

This contractor has been building across the region for decades, combining a hands-on, relationship-driven culture with the resources of a top-tier builder. Their project portfolio includes large-scale ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments, with a continued pipeline of repeat business from trusted clients.

The Opportunity

As a Lead Superintendent, youll take full ownership of on-site operations for major multifamily projects overseeing schedule, safety, quality, and coordination. Youll be supported by a capable project management team and trusted subcontractor network, while mentoring field staff and driving successful delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site supervision and coordination for large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects
• Manage site logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor performance
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and budget targets
• Collaborate closely with project management and ownership teams
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and foster a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture
