Federally Qualified Community Health Center, which has been in existence for 40+ years, is looking for a new family medicine physician to replace a retirement.

Job Features :

• New primary care opening on the Gulf Coast.Mostly adult patient base
• 4 or 5-day work week,8 am - 5 pm. Candidate can work a 4-day workweek if caught up on paperwork
• See around 20 patients per day
• Federally Qualified Health Center, Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognized - Level 3 at both sites
• 4 LICSWs in-house for integrated MBH and Substance Use Screening, Referrals & Treatment
• Psychiatrist in-house
• Optometry in-house
• OB / GYN & Pediatrics on site
• eClinicalWorks EMR
