Pixel Technologies is hiring : Audio Visual Integration Specialist in Cincinnati

Pixel Technologies is seeking an AV Integration / Commissioning Specialist to set up and commission audio-visual equipment for enterprise customers. The role involves leading, supporting, and coordinating technicians, programmers, and customers throughout projects.

Compensation

Base pay range : $85,000.00 / yr - $115,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Registration and setting changes of VTC codec endpoints (Cisco, Poly, Logitech, etc.)
• Proficient with Crestron, AMX, Extron, Shure, Biamp, and QSC hardware components
• Proficient with Crestron Toolbox, Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS, and Shure software
• Write, configure, and adjust digital signal processors (DSP) including Biamp and QSC
• Minor programming capabilities (Crestron / QSC / Extron) - changes and troubleshooting
• Demonstrate job site leadership with all subcontractors, technicians, engineers, and programmers
• Ability to lead, perform, and direct installation for small to large scale projects, to include Emergency Operation Centers, and working alongside GC’s for Construction projects
• Act as a customer liaison in absence of Project Manager
• Analyze and interpret system drawings
• Review project Scope of Work (SOW) to ensure quality and completeness of installation
• Perform hardware upgrades to all AV components
• Fine tune audio-video systems to ensure optimal performance
• Ability to work with a remote system programmer to load and diagnose interfaces
• Extensive background in troubleshooting complex audio, video, and network related issues
• Knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video, and control
• Comfortable and able to communicate with C-Level executives
• Ability to train and educate customers on installed equipment and receive a final sign off from the customer showing job completion
• Compile and submit all project related deliverables including redlining CAD documents
