MLR Healthcare is seeking a committed and certified Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join a reputable hospital located near Myrtle Beach, SC.

This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire role designed for laboratory professionals who value accuracy, efficiency, and delivering high-quality patient care. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation support.

Core Responsibilities:

Laboratory Testing: Conduct diagnostic lab tests across disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology, with a strong focus on precision and thoroughness.

Result Interpretation: Accurately interpret test outcomes and deliver timely reports to healthcare providers, aiding in effective patient diagnosis and treatment planning.

Instrument Operation: Manage and maintain lab equipment, ensuring calibration is accurate and addressing any

technical issues.

Quality Control: Follow strict quality standards and regulatory guidelines to uphold lab accuracy and data reliability.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure patient care is supported through dependable lab results.

Requirements:

• Certification: ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Education: Associate's degree (MLT) or Bachelor's degree (MT) from an accredited institution
• Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or clinical lab setting preferred
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving aptitude
