ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I have been a State Farm agent for 19 years and am proud to continue my family’s legacy as a third-generation agent. Our office is located in a great space with an amenity center offering free coffee and tea, and most of our team members enjoy individual offices rather than cubicles. We have a close-knit team of four, along with additional shared team members, and we work together to create a supportive and successful environment. We offer competitive perks, including 50% paid health insurance for employees. As a Scottsdale native, I attended Brophy College Prep and the University of Arizona, and I take pride in serving my community with a high standard of service and care.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Mueller - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
