Junior-Level Associate – Mechanical

Finnegan’s Mechanical litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams continue to grow and are seeking junior-level associates with experience in the mechanical arts in our Washington, DC office.

Successful candidates must have 1-3 years of solid experience in patent litigation or inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree required. Litigation or PTAB experience required. USPTO registration number required.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $225,000 - $260,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
