We are seeking an Entry-Level IT Support Technician to provide onsite IT and asset management support at our Chino, CA location. This role will focus on preparing, deploying, and managing IT equipment using Microsoft Autopilot and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), while supporting day-to-day IT operations and onboarding activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in modern device management and enterprise IT environments.

• Schedule :
• Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (Onsite)
• Key Responsibilities
• Stage, configure, and prepare laptops and peripherals for new hires using
• Microsoft Autopilot
• Join and manage devices in
• Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
• Assist with device enrollment, resets, and redeployment processes
• Ship outbound equipment to new hires and remote employees
• Receive, inspect, and process returned IT equipment
• Track inventory and assist with asset reconciliation and documentation
• Provide basic onsite IT support (hardware, peripherals, connectivity issues)
• Assist end users with initial device setup and workstation configuration
• Create and update tickets and documentation as needed
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
• Maintain an organized IT storage and staging area
• Required Qualifications
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
• Familiarity with Windows 10 / 11
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow documented IT processes and procedures
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to xklufbp lift and move IT equipment (up to ~40 lbs)
• Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Exposure to

• Previous IT support, help desk, or technical internship experience
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Experience with asset tracking or inventory management
• Interest in cloud-based IT and endpoint management
