Hours & Pay

2nd Shift :  Monday–Friday, 4 : 30 PM – 12 : 30 AM | style="color : #0e101a; margin-top : 0pt; margin-bottom : 0pt;">

3rd Shift :  Tuesday–Saturday, 12 : 30 AM – 8 : 30 AM | style="color : #0e101a; margin-top : 0pt; margin-bottom : 0pt;">

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing mail by verifying dates, postage, and barcode quality before production
• Identify and communicate errors or defective barcodes to maintain accuracy
• Troubleshoot and clear mail jams from sorting machines
• Hand-sort “flats” (typically 9x12 envelopes) when required
• Palletize mail for shipment
• Maintain a safe and organized work area while following all safety guidelines
