[job_card.job_description]Coordinate syndication activities, including preparing documentation and facilitating communication between lenders and investors. Process syndication payments from lenders and distribute syndication payments to investors in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with syndication agreements and regulatory requirements. Calculate and manage commission payments. Track commission structures and ensure accurate and timely disbursement. Prepare detailed financial reports. Generate reports on syndication activities, providing insights into performance and projections. Create reports, charts, and presentations that effectively communicate findings to executives and stakeholders. Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting. Build and maintain spreadsheets to streamline financial processes and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in financial management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and complex formulas). Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Adaptability to evolving responsibilities and business needs.
