Robust Care Team Model that includes RN's, dedicated medical assistant teams, case managers, dietician and referrals team. PCHC has 11 sites which, together, provide medical, dental, and behavioral health as well as two on-site pharmacies and labs to serve over 25,000 patients. Primary Care Physician Guaranteed Salary of $248k-$300k

- Annual Salary of $248,000 to $300,000
